Fred Baxtrum Hart, 56, passed away in Katy, Texas on February 8, 2009. Fred was born in Lockhart on December 12, 1952 to Joe P. and Lynette Adams Hart. Fred had worked most of his life as a rancher. Fred is survived by one son; Robert Ryan Armstrong of Lockhart, Texas and brother; Rob Hart of Houston, Texas.
