Mr. David Alexander French Jr., 63, a lifelong resident of Lockhart passed away in Bastrop on September 21, 2009. He was born on October 25, 1945, to David Alexander Sr. and Josie Morel French. He is survived by his son; Jay, and daughter-in-law Miriam French, of Las Vegas, Nevada; his daughter ,Karen French, of St. Petersburg, Florida; brother, Jim French, of Lockhart, step -brother; Bobby Brown, of Brownsboro; brother Joe French of Fentress. David was a machinist for Capital Bearing. David was also an avid fisherman and hunter. He lived for several years in the four corners area of New Mexico and Colorado, before moving back to Lockhart. Memorial Services are being held of September 24, 2009, at 10:30 a.m. at Eeds Funeral Home Chapel with Family and Friends in attendance.
