Wayne Davidson, 65, passed away October 18, 2009 in Austin, Texas with his wife, Carolyn, and family at his side. Wayne, an only child, was born January 5, 1944 to Katherine Jolley Davidson in Luling. Wayne was preceded in death by his mother. He worked most of his life as a self-employed contractor. Wayne is survived by; wife, Carolyn Frizell Davidson; son, Kenneth Davidson and wife Susan of Cedar Park; daughters, Debbie Davidson and Amy Davidson both of Lockhart; grandchildren, Katie Schiefelbein and Pipper Davidson. Extended family Jill Guenther, husband Greg and their children Anthony and Katelynn, Jennifer Riechers, husband Robin and their children Jacob and Jordan. A visitation was held Tuesday, October 20th from 9:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. at Eeds Funeral Home. Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 21st at Eeds Funeral Home with Chaplain Merlin Starr officiating. Burial followed at the family plot in Lockhart City Cemetery.
