Bonnie Belle Branch was born on May 3, 1941 to Rolly Earl Kinchlow and Gladys Ruth Owens in Austin, Texas. Bonnie graduated from Uvalde High School in 1959 then attended South West Texas Junior College in Uvalde, Texas. Bonnie Branch met Sam Branch Jr. in 1961, where their love began. Later in life Bonnie attended South West Texas State University (Texas State University) for a short period of time.
Bonnie worked numerous jobs in Lockhart, one being at the Caldwell County Courthouse as an Assistant Auditor. She primarily worked for the Lockhart Independent School District as a Teachers Aide at Carver Kindergarten for 19 years until her retirement. In her retirement, Bonnie enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, working crossword puzzles, watching game shows and various sports, later becoming a true fan of the Dallas Cowboys and San Antonio Spurs.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband Sam Branch Jr. November 5, 1992, her mother Gladys Ruth Owens, and sister Connie Jo Kinchlow. Bonnie is survived by five children: Brandon Keith Branch, Vincent Antonio Branch (Georgia), Keri Dene Branch, Devy Rashad Branch (Debbie), and Kasi Taiwan Branch; thirteen grandchildren: Danté Branch, Meadow Branch, Angela Villalobos (Jacob), Armando Vega, Jaime Herrera (Ashley), Sheyé Branch, Devin Branch, Donovan Branch, Aiyana Pearson Reyes (Mark), Aalaya Smith, Rishi Bansi, Raj Bansi, and Kalen Bansi; four great-grandchildren: Elijah Villalobos, Sergio Romero, Aidyn Herrera, and Audriana Herrera; and a host of nieces and nephews; seven step sons and daughters: Karen Davis, Diane Ford (Willie), Ronnie Branch (Weda), Sammy Branch Sr. (Concha), Rodney Branch (Vickie), Kenya Branch, Darvin Brown (Sylvia).
