Currently, with the pain of heavy hearts, feelings of loss that has overcome us, knowing this is temporary. Her memory and love will forever resonate in our hearts and minds. May her spirit empower us today and forever. Dorothy transitioned from this life on November 30, 2023, at the age of 88. Dorothy was born February 10, 1935, in Gonzales County, Texas to James Howard and Rosetta Parramore Williams. Dorothy lived most of her life in Luling and Lockhart, Texas. Dorothy was a kind and loving person, straight forward and feisty, but never without grace and love. Her home was your home, but you had to abide by her rules.
