Patricia Mae (Harvey) Smith

Patricia Smith was called to her Heavenly home February 15 2023. She is preceded in death by her Soul mate Rodger Smith and her Grandson Kenneth Francis Prewitt II. She is survived by her children Edwin Smith (wife Juanita) Susan Prewitt (husband Kenneth) Zoey Bottoms (cat Luna) Diana Gray (husband Kevin) Janis Cawthron (husband Duane). Grand children Kevin Smith, Jenny Prewitt, Jessica Tarlton, Sarah Rabe, Zackery Bottoms, Andrew Gray, Trisha Cawthron, Michael Cawthron. Great grandchildren Emily Smith, Kaitlyn Smith, Abigale Smith, M’Lynn Prewitt, Morgan Prewitt, Mason Prewitt, Shelby Peterson, Caleb Peterson, Gentry Rabe, Owen Rabe, Natalie Bottoms and Vincel Bottoms. Patricia lived a full and happy life, she worked in the library at Fulmore Jr. High school (now Sarah B Lively Middle School, a personal friend of Patricia’s). She made many longtime valued friends at Fulmore over the years she worked there. They made several retirement quilts for their friends as they retired. Patricia was also a member of the Eastern Star and Daughters of the Nile organizations. She was a past Mother Advisor in the order of the Rainbow for girls.  Patricia was an Elder at the First Presbyterian Church of Lockhart.  She and Rodger were long time members there. Patricia was the secretary for the Bastrop Family Rodeo Club when Rodger was the President. The service will be held in Lockhart at First Presbyterian Church, 119 N Commerce St, Lockhart TX  Wednesday, February 22 at 1pm.  The graveside service will be at High Grove Cemetery, 967 High Grove Rd, Cedar Creek TX at 3pm.  Visitation will be at Eeds Funeral Home, 408 S Main St, Lockhart TX  Tuesday, February 21 at 6pm – 8pm.
