Obituary
Robert J. Cheatham “Bob” was born October 1, 1938 on the banks of the Guadalupe River and passed away March 20, 2022 at home.
He was preceded in death by his parents Joe and Dorothy Cheatham, his sister Peggy Allen and his daughter in law Christy Cheatham.
His is survived by his loving wife of 53 years Joyce Cheatham. His is also survived by his children:
Bobby (Rosie), Rick (Kelly), Jeff (Amy), Dottie (Grady) and John. He had 14 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
He served in the United States Navy. Bob worked his entire life in the oilfields of Lytton Springs. He dearly loved his animals and wildlife. He was a man of his word and always took care of his family. A memorial is planned for a later date.
