Sybil (McArn) Kaigler

Mrs. Sybil Kaigler, 88, business owner of Kaigler’s Ready to Wear, passed away in Lockhart, Texas on March 9, 2015. Sybil was born in Columbia, Miss., on June 27, 1926 to Ed and Leona Thompson McArn.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Don Kaigler; and daughters, Lynda and Nancy Kaigler.

Sybil is survived by her daughter, Donna Kaigler, and son, Kenneth Don Kaigler, of Lockhart; sister, Charlotte Carpenter, and brother, Joe McArn; and grandchildren, Edie Richards Staudt, Tommy Chesser and Tamera Garcia.

A visitation will be held from 6 – 8 p.m. on Thursday March 12, 2015, at Eeds Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 13, at the First United Methodist Church with Pastor Don Duvall and Pastor Rob Clopton officiating.

The committal service will follow at 3 p.m. at the Onion Creek Memorial Park, 11610 Chapel Lane, Austin, Texas 78748. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to: Gentiva Hospice, 1191 Corporate Drive, Suite 104, San Marcos, Texas 78666.

Sybil’s loved ones wish to express their love of her and admiration for her. She will always be in our heart and thoughts until we meet her again.
