Wesley Forrest Drenner came into this world on October 9, 1960 at Austin, Texas. He passed on June 1, 2020 at home in Lytton Springs, Texas. He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Gussie Vivian Forister Drenner And Hugh Carrol Drenner, and his grandparents, Birdie Alice Dugger Forister, Leslie Marion Forister, Mary Drenner, Robert Drenner; his niece, Lisa Tausch , and uncle Robert Drenner.
He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Nicole Rangel (Brayan); granddaughters, Ashley Nicole Goodman and Addison Cecelia Goodman; and son, Travis Ryan Drenner; their mother and his first wife, Phyllis (Gott) Knight, his brother, Marvin Scott Tausch, (Helen) nieces, ( Dove Woodland, Shelli Cantwell), sister, Sandra J. Tausch Schwabe Harris, niece Roxane Schwabe-Hiler(Harold) and nephew, Dan Schwabe ,(Larissa) (and great nephew and nieces , Bree, Ashley and Amanda, and Tyler), his second wife Jeannette Garcia; step children, Michael Montes,( Lucinda) and granddaughters,( Lauren, Isabel, Adalon); James Montes,( Melissa) and grandsons, ( Jett, Gunnar, Ronan) and Lisa Watts, (Paul)
and grandchildren, (Samuel and Gabriella), and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Wesley was a loving man who did not care much for worldly things, but cherished people. He loved his family and friends. Wesley believed in God and was a Christian. He enjoyed helping others. He loved dancing, music, and UT football,(he attended school there for 2 years), hunting, NASCAR and playing golf. He graduated from Lockhart High School in 1979. Although he lived in Houston, Huffman, Richland Hills, Austin, Waco and San Antonio; Lytton was the place he called home.
He worked as a manager at Foot Locker, as a service advisor at auto dealerships and owned Lytton Springs General Store for about 15 years. He held numerous community events there, including Christmas, Halloween and Easter celebrations.
He has gone to our true home, and is with our father, and will be missed. A loving father and grandfather; he taught us many life lessons and has left us with many good memories. Wesley was loved.
