Sending heartfelt condolences. My kids and I have attended the library for the past 13 years. We received a heartfelt smile and hello each and every time. Same on the street whenever seeing Charlotte, always a "hello, how are you doing?" The library will never be the same without her, she was a staple and a beautiful person. . I am so sorry for your loss.

Diane, my heartfelt sympathy at this time of your loss. Charlotte loved singing and I loved to hear her sing solos as we attended and grew up in the First Baptist Church. I enjoyed seeing her whenever we met; she was very encouraging. I was very proud that she was employed in the DR. Eugene Clark Library; always pleasant and always kind. Thanking GOD for her pilgrimage and to have shared it with her. May she receive her much deserved rest. May GOD make HIS face, Diane to shine upon you and to be gracious to you and give you HIS Peace, which is like no other. To GOD be the Glory...
