June 27, 1937 ~ October 17, 2015 (age 78) 78 Years Old
Mr. Louis Thomas Holt was born on June 27, 1937 to Elnora Brown and Dewitt Holt.
Louis served his country in the United States Army.
After serving in the military, Louis married the love of his life, Barbara Cain in California.
To this union was born their daughter, Lara Denise Holt (Artis).
He enjoyed the good times of his life and he loved his career as an electrician and he loved to take long rides with his family. He loved camping and being near his family and loved ones and friends. He loved to cook and entertain and loved new cars.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, brothers: Douglas Holt, Manuel Holt, sister: Marilyn Holt.
He is survived by his daughter, Lara Denise Holt of San Diego, sister: Clara Bell of Austin, brothers: James Holt of Austin, Lowell (Lump) Holt of Lockhart, granddaughter: Candace Walker of Atlanta, Georgia, great grandson: Christopher Jackson of Atlanta, Georgia.
His ashes were scattered in the Pacific ocean where he will re-join his beloved wife.
