Neil Francis Johnson, 82, of Red Rock, Texas, passed away Friday, January 15, 2016 in Parkview Nursing Home, Lockhart, Texas.
Neil was born May 20, 1934 in Havre, Montana to Curtis Melvin and Melva (Burr) Johnson.
He was united in marriage to Joan Jean Whitsel on December 22, 1956 in Rock Hill, Pennsylvania.
He served his country in the U.S. Army as Sargent from 1953 till 1959.
He worked as a Plant Manager at a large Paper Company.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Roland Johnson.
He is survived by: Wife, Joan Johnson of Red Rock; Daughter, Kelly Jo Overdorff of Red Rock; Son, Mark Curtis Johnson of Grandview; Sister, Darlene Donovan of Havre, Montana; Granddaughter Ashley Diane Johnson of Austin.
Memorial Service to be held at 4:00 p.m. Friday, January 22, 2016 at the Christian Country Fellowship, Red Rock, Tx with Rev. Bill Pearson officiating.
