William Edward Meister
September 29, 1944 ~ May 11, 2016 (age 71) 71 Years OldWilliam Edward Meister, 71, of San Marcos died Thursday, May 11, 2016 at St. David’s South Austin Hospital in Austin, TX.
Mr. Meister was born on September 29th, 1944 in Royal Oak, Michigan to John Frederick and Clara Rose (Hauger) Meister.
He was a retired Tool & Dye Maker for Boeing Industries. He recently moved from Arizona to San Marcos to be closer to his family. In his free time William enjoyed working on old cars, going to car shows, and working in the yard or garden.
He is survived by his children: Cynthia Davenport (William) of Lockhart, Dennis Meister of Austin; brothers,Joe Meister, John Meister, Francis Meister; sisters, Diane Brandt, and Laurie Miller ; grandchildren ,Racheal Davenport, Benjamin Davenport, Thomas Davenport; great grandchildren Lillianna Espinoza, Danny Espinoza. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Clara Meister, sisters Bonnie and Marilyn.
Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 21st, 2016 at Eeds Funeral Home Chapel, 408 South Main St., Lockhart, Tx 78644 (512) 398-2343
